The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with dust covering the floors and stains on furniture. Noise from nearby clubs made it difficult to find peace until late at night. there was a lack of activities organized by the hotel, which made longer stays feel quite dull. The balcony didn't provide the view expected, and there were no hand towels in the bathroom. While the Wi-Fi speed was decent, it could have been better. Communication regarding room changes was less than satisfactory, leading to frustration over our stay. it felt overpriced for the quality and amenities provided.

Had a peachy time, I did! The restaurant's food was top-notch, right proper tasty, and the staff were like family, always smiling. Only downside? The room’s a bit cramped, innit?

Our stay at Velana was truly delightful! The manager was exceptionally helpful in organizing various excursions, making our days filled with thrilling adventures. The breakfast spread was delicious, featuring a range of options that were both tasty and fresh. Plus, the view from our Premier Sea View Balcony was simply breathtaking, allowing us to soak in the tranquility of the ocean.

Internet connectivity issues.

It was just an appropriate option for spending a night in Maafushi with great value. The shower had some hot water, which was a nice relief after a long day exploring. Bring cash for activities. it will save you on fees.

The Deluxe Room was clean and tidy, which was a plus! It felt spacious enough, and the layout worked for us. Even better, the staff were super helpful when we needed to organize excursions, making our experience even smoother. it would’ve been nice to have a bit more natural light since this room had no window access.

Amazing Honeymoon Experience!

The staff surprised us with a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach, which was just magical under the stars. Breakfast was delish with a great selection! Only thing is, no phone in the room, so we had to use WhatsApp to reach them. Totally worth it!
